Reading Corner Competition

At St. John Fisher, we place a significant emphasis on the importance of reading. We believe that fostering a love of reading is key to unlocking the full potential of our students. From carefully selected books integrated into our curriculum to guided reading lessons and visits to the library, our students are provided with numerous opportunities to immerse themselves in the world of literature. Recently, we organised a special competition in school where each class was challenged to create the best reading corner. We are delighted to announce that the award for the most impressive reading corner goes to Mrs. O'Regan's class, who caught our attention with a Harry Potter-themed book corner. As a reward for their creativity and dedication to reading, Mrs. O'Regan's class will be treated to a special surprise. We are incredibly proud of all our students for their enthusiasm and passion for reading!
